These classes are split into levels, ranging from Level 1 (Beginners) all the way through to Level 4 (LowAdv).
During these classes there will be a mixture of static, spin, aerial, floor work & more!
Want to get to know the lower third of the pole reeaal well?
You're in the right place! This is a sequence based class that will teach you how to transition from one movement to the next oh so smoothly.
Don't be fooled though, we'll still be building strength & stamina along the way!
This class is fire!
Learn routines that are sexy, sassy & make you feel like a million dollars!
Anything goes in this class so turn up in joggers or a thong - as long as you feel great that's all that matters!
We really want to teach you the skills of dancing whilst utilising the pole but also to feel your best self in the process!

Want to be a spinning angel? Well, we gotcha.
Each week we will learn a number of short spinning sequences, that will help build confidence whilst on spin pole along with building up stamina.
Progressions & variations offered throughout meaning anyone can take part!

These classes are split into levels; Beginner, Intermediate & Mixed Ability.
Get to play with gorgeous spins, pretty seats & hardcore strength tricks!
By the time this class is over you will be best friends with the hoop!
This is a sequence based class where you can enjoy piecing together combinations pushing that stamina to the next level. With an element of dance it will give you all the tools to create a hoop masterpiece!
This class is designed to get you sweating!
By running through a mixture of circuit style exercise we'll have you reaching your goals!
The intention behind these classes is you can come & get fit or they can be used to level up your aerial progress all whilst keeping your feet on the floor!
Active flexibility - yaaay!
Alternating between front splits & middle splits we will provide you with all the information & tools you need to increase your end range of motion.
Flexible & strong, what more could you want!
Gone are the days of passive stretches! We will be working on our active flexibility to increase our range of motion.
This is perfect not only for ensuring we can increase our flexibility safely but also all the skills we learn are transferrable to all aerial disciplines - think strong Jade splits, Eagles, Birds of Paradise, etc. on the pole & Gazelle Splits, Horizon Splits, etc. in the Hoop!
Each week will have a different focus; such as shoulders, hips, etc. & we may use weights to assist us.
This is a danced inspired, choreographed, training concept, which uses a mini trampoline & gravity as resistance. This gives a whole new dimension to the High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) principle.
This is such a FUN way to get some cardio training in & is incredibly effective & efficient at burning fat, while also helping protect the main joints of the body & increasing muscle & bone density!
