Whether your goal is to float like an effortless fairy around the pole or use it to help build some muscle we have a class for you!
These classes are split into levels, ranging from Level 1 (Intro to Pole) all the way through to Level 3 (High Intermediate/Low Advanced).
We also have Mixed Ability Classes so if you can't make your specific level class, don't worry!
If you want to expand your pole dancing we also have some speciality classes - just keeping reading!
Fancy spinning around in a hoop, then you will LOVE these classes!
These classes are split into levels; Beginner, Begintermediate, Intermediate & Mixed Ability.
Get to play with gorgeous spins, pretty seats & hardcore strength tricks!
If you want to expand your hooping abilities we also have some speciality classes - just keeping reading!
During these classes we'll be exploring lots of very cool shapes & tricks on the pole with an emphasis on our shoes/boots!
Your pole heels will become an extension of your legs - let’s learn how to use them effectively, safely & do some cool shit.
And, more importantly, you get to bang those shoes around & make as much noise as you like!
This class is fire! Hope you're ready...
Every week we will have a new routine - sometimes it might be sassy, sexy, slow or fast but either way you'll leave feeling like a million dollars!
You are welcome to wear your PJs or thongs & pasties - whatever makes you feel incredible & comfortable!
You know those cool fundamentals we work on in the level classes... well come try them on spin pole!
As well as the core movements there will be lots of variations that will be pieced into gorgeous spinning masterpieces for you to take away with you!
This class is an active flexibility class! We will be working on your end range of motion to not only make sure you're beautifully flexible but also strong!
There are lots of benefits to stretching regularly outside of just improving your flexibility! Think injury prevention, reducing stress, greater body awareness & so much more.
If you’re an aerialist it will compliment your practice perfectly by helping you reach those super cool bendy tricks!
It is NOT a requirement that you are flexible to join this class! It is suitable for everybody including complete beginners.
This class is two fold; it builds on functional fitness & strength for anybody & everybody or it is great to compliment your aerial practice/s by cross training effectively (prepare for your strength on the hoop/pole to increase dramatically!)
Kettlebells are great for strengthening the posterior chain which is vital for functional health & can help with postural issues. We'll be working on a lot of unilateral movements that are excellent for improving core strength & stability too
